Were you made fun of for having bucked teeth? Being ‘too” dark-skinned? Flat-chested? The list goes on. Kids can be cruel. Fortunately, we were able to embrace what we perceived to be flawed…however, there are times when certain insecurities creep up.
In this episode, we dug deep and discussed childhood insecurities and how we grew from them. Though everyone encounters some kind of insecurity in life, women seem to be more vulnerable to them. We are talking about loving ourselves and growing from our insecurities.
What We’re Sipping On This Episode:
Sterling Vintner’s Collection: Cabernet Sauvignon – You all know Shara and Sasha love a good Cab Sav and this Vintner’s Collection doesn’t disappoint! This Cab “offers rich black fruit flavors with hints of toffee and chocolate from the toasty oak.” We both thought this wine was a good, medium body, sipping wine. Shara was definitely a fan and it’s even made it on “her shelf” of wines to keep sipping. And as always, it’s Sasha and Shara approved 13.5% ABV!
About the Episode:
As women, we’ve both dealt with our fair share of insecurities. And for some women, it’s a lifelong struggle to come to terms with the things about ourselves that we don’t like. In this episode, Sasha and Shara talked about their childhood insecurities and what it took for them to get over them.
